Misha Ashley has been working with The Boeing Company for almost 10 years. She has been part of several programs under the AWACS (Airborne Warning and Control System) and AEW&C (Airborne Early Warning & Control) platforms. She has worked under several contracts to modernize and modify aircraft for the US military and international costumers. In her current role as the Mission Systems Software Lead, Misha oversees the SW development and configuration for the mission systems of the aircraft, as well as the requirements, verification and testing. Misha was born in Peru, and moved to Oklahoma when she was in middle school.
Later on she attended the University of Oklahoma, where she graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering. She married her college sweetheart Tyler and is now a mom to a 1 year old.
