Andrea Dennis serves as Vice President of Transmission and Distribution Operations for OG&E. As the Vice President of Transmission and Distribution Operations, she leads a diverse team and has responsibility over the following areas: Construction and Operations, System Operations, Distribution Engineering, Asset Management, Operational Technology, Analytics and Performance Consulting, Resource Planning & Coordination, and Incident Command System (“ICS”).

She began her career with OG&E in 2009 and has held a several roles including Business Performance Improvement Performance Consultant, Manager of Business Performance Improvement, Manager of Distribution Operations, Director of System Operations, and Managing Director T&D Operations. Prior to joining OG&E, she worked for ten years at Xerox Corporation in packaging and process operations engineering, IT management, and Six Sigma roles.

Originally from Wyoming, Dennis earned her Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management from the Missouri University of Science and Technology, and her Master of Science in Engineering and Global Operations Management from Clarkson University. She lives in Tuttle, Oklahoma, with her husband and their four sons.

Dennis is active in various community organizations, and currently serves on the Boards of Boy Scouts of America, Last Frontier Council, and Dale Rogers Training Center (DRTC).
